Self-driving cars are the way of the future — at least, according to the people who make self-driving cars.

In reality, the rollout of self-driving cars has been plagued with issues. While we’re all hopeful for a future in which you can get hammered, crawl into your backseat, and tell your car to take you home, the current landscape of self-driving cars has a lot more honking and crashes than it should to become a mainstream product.

Now, these cars are facing a new problem: graffiti.

While a normal driver would see a group of taggers approaching and drive away, self-driving vehicles like Waymo don’t know how to do that. And so, the car and its passengers are left helpless as the whole thing gets covered in tags.
